My entire reason for starting this thread is to ask for more of "Detroit City ain't nothin' to fuck with!" in our chant mix.
I'd also like to challenge the drum line (whose ranks I may be joining!) to be so funky as to evoke Wu-Tang Clan on the regular.

I've always preferred the "Detroit City Ain't Nuthing ta Fuck Wit" as a situational chant when one of our guys lays somebody out or there's some pushing and shoving.
As for the funkiness, unfortunately we do not have the RZA in our midst.
(But some of my favorite times have been while the section's filling up and a couple of us start fucking around with improvised beats.)

I'd like to hear more "I believe that we will win". Don't remember hearing it at all last year.

The ones we do after goals mostly. I'm sad winning team, losing team didn't show up much, last year. Also, Just Can't Get Enough seemed to be a big hit last year.

I'd also like us to start workshopping more original chants that aren't cadged from other American supporter groups. I'd be open to swiping chants from obscure ultras around the globe, though.

I saw "Allez Oi Oi Oi" on the NGS sound cloud but have not heard it at a match ever. Id like to hear that more. Also would like to see this adopted one day www.youtube.com/watch?v=px75JPX6p30

We don't do that one any more, on purpose. I'm so thankful that we don't, so thankful We're entirely too hip and cooler than thou to chant that! It's kinda one of our problems.

I didn't realize it drew such negative emotion. I think it has a lot to do with the backlash against some of the behavior displayed by the former head of AO Detroit. It's too long to go into — and it's been a while so my memory is getting fuzzy — but there was beef between some in NGS and that guy because of some of the homophobic, etc. stuff he was saying on Twitter and elsewhere. He's long gone, but the memories remain.

IMHO "I believe that we will win" is just about the worst chant ever created.
